Building Size
Store should be a minimum of 800 square feet with front (facing street) a minimum of 16 feet.

Location, Visibility, and Access
Del's sign should be visible from at least 500 feet.
Store front should have unobstructed view of passing traffic.
Parking Lots should accommodate a minimum of 10 cars with easy entering and exiting and with unimpeded turning.
The store should face a street that is commercially developed with traffic speed approximately 30 to 40 miles per hour and with surrounding neighborhoods including schools, parks, malls, ball fields, swimming pools, etc.

Population
Franchise area should have a minimum of population of 20,000 people.

Electric Service
200 AMP minimum. Single phase or 3 phase.

Estimated Franchise Investment
Franchise Fee: $5,000 - $100,000
The franchise fee includes the use of the name and logo of Del's Lemonade, exclusive franchise area, site selection assistance, store layout assistance, initial training program, etc.

Building Modifications: $5,000 - $15,000
Building modifications figure can vary depending on the size, condition, physical layout of the leased premises as well as the amount of labor performed by the franchisee.

Start-Up Supplies: $3,000 - $5,000
Start-Up supplies covers supplies such as Del's mix, cups, serving containers, napkins food products, etc.

Minimum Working Capitol: $5,000
Working capitol may be needed to cover such items as rent , utility and equipment lease deposits (if necessary) as well as miscellaneous office supplies etc.
